About me
Outside of work, I'm always looking for my next adventure or opportunity to learn. While raising three amazing kids, I also built and ran a successful photography business for more than 20 years—a journey that taught me entrepreneurship, creativity, and the importance of building meaningful relationships.
I've traveled to 17 countries, climbed five of Colorado's 14,000-foot peaks, and read more than 100 books each year, experiences that continually challenge my thinking and broaden my perspective.
I'm energized by curiosity, lifelong learning, and meaningful connections. Those same values shape how I lead and how I partner with organizations—with empathy, fresh ideas, and a genuine desire to help people and businesses grow.
Why I Do This
I've had the opportunity to help organizations implement EOS® and transform the way their leadership teams operate. In both nonprofit and for-profit environments, I discovered the same truth: sustainable growth doesn't happen by chance—it happens when people, processes, and priorities are aligned.
With a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MRIR) and experience leading HR, operations, and executive initiatives, I've found my passion at the intersection of strategy and execution. I enjoy helping leaders move from big ideas to meaningful results by building clarity, accountability, and systems that support long-term success.
What excites me most is working across industries. Some of the best ideas aren't confined to one sector—they come from bringing proven practices from nonprofits to businesses, and from businesses back to mission-driven organizations. Every organization is different, but the challenges of growth, leadership, and change are remarkably similar.
